Limited Warranty

Every device sold on brindaro.com is covered for twelve months against manufacturing defects. This page sets out what that covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim.
What This Warranty Covers
BRINDARO LLC warrants each device purchased from brindaro.com to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for twelve (12) months from the date the order is delivered.
If a covered defect appears within that period, we will repair the device, send a replacement, or refund it — whichever we judge appropriate to the fault. A repaired or replaced device is covered for the remainder of the original twelve months, not a new term.

How To Make a Claim
Email support@brindaro.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video showing it. Images matter here: most faults in a light-therapy device can be identified from a picture of the panel while it is running.
We aim to respond within two business days. Please do not send a device back before we have confirmed the claim — an unannounced return cannot be matched to your order.
Shipping and Costs
There is no charge for the warranty repair, or for the replacement device itself.
You cover the cost of sending the device to us. Once a claim is approved we provide the return address and packing instructions; we pay to ship the repaired or replacement device back to you. If an inspection finds the fault is not covered, we will contact you before taking any further step.
Where the consumer law that applies to you requires the seller to bear the cost of returning faulty goods, that law prevails over this section.
Who This Warranty Applies To
This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It applies only to devices bought directly from brindaro.com — a device bought from a marketplace listing or any other reseller is not covered here.
It is separate from the 30-day return window. A return covers a change of mind; this warranty covers a defect, and runs for the rest of the year once that window closes.
Your Legal Rights
This is a Limited Warranty. It is offered in addition to the rights you already have under consumer law, and nothing here reduces them.
Some states and countries do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Where that is the case, your statutory rights prevail.
